This past week, the bell that hung in the tower since the church was built in 1845 was lowered. The bell from 1806 now rests on the main floor of the church. The current restored bell remains in the tower and rings every day at noon, 6:00pm, and ten minutes before each weekend mass. There will be guided tours of Assumption Church on September 10th, 24th and October 8th, 2025 at 7:00pm.
