Phase 2 of restoration work on Assumption Church is in full swing this week as work crews prepare to repair a large area of the building’s ceiling plaster.

Debris including brick fragments, dust, insulation and miscellanous items has accumulated in the ceilings lower areas (groin vaults). Workers will be removing this debris prior to the start of plaster consolidation.
