The Casavant Opus 791 1919 11/24 organ is a beautiful part of the heritage of Assumption Church. It was installed in 1919 and chimes were added in 1943 as part of the centennial celebrations.
The organ contains 1,985 pipes which range in size from 2” to 16’. The next phase of restoration involves the removal of the Organ to access the ceiling work, and the cleaning and re-installation of the historic organ.
